I´m sure you don´t want to hear this: You can not lose weight without being physically active!

But if you think with horror to feel totally drained, breathless and to be soaked with sweat after a workout and that every muscle in your body hurts - even those you don´t know you have - I have good news: This scenario not only is useless, but also absolutely unsuitable to lose weight and to get in good shape.

There are two types of workout: workouts composed of mainly aerobic exercises and workouts composed of mainly anaerobic exercises. Walking, running, riding a bicycle or swimming are aerobic exercises. Lifting weights, press-ups or sit-ups are anaerobic exercises.

Both types are useful for weight loss and both types of workouts should be done regularly.
